Non-Narcotic Pain Management
Pain is a huge motivator. Most people will do just about anything to make it stop. But it’s important to separate the sensation of pain from the cause of the pain. Instead of masking pain symptoms with drugs, we diagnose the source of the pain and treat the underlying cause or injury. Once the cause or injury is treated, pain will be alleviated without the need for narcotics.
Many across the nation, State of Florida, and Palm Beach County have been afflicted with drug addiction. Sometimes, this addiction starts with a painful medical condition. You may have even heard stories about patients prescribed Oxycontin for back pain. Over time, many of these patients got hooked on the pain killers. Often these addictions escalated causing overdoses and deaths. We never want to be part of a story where the “cure” is worse than the “disease.”
That’s why we are a non-narcotic pain management practice. Doctor Gorfine uses techniques that do not involve addictive drugs to treat pain. Dr. Gorfine is double Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Board Certified in Anesthesiology. He treats back and joint pain with orthopedic and regenerative medicine techniques. We use minimally invasive procedures to target the source of pain so we can eliminate the need for addictive drugs to mask the pain.
If you are experiencing pain, please contact us to schedule an appointment so we can evaluate, diagnose, treat and resolve the source and cause of your pain.

To not be able to move or get out of bed for about 3 years... it took everything I love. The staff at Palm Beach Spine & Diagnostic Institute gave me a lot of hope. It took a few weeks and I started to feel better. It was miraculous. I danced... hiked ... doing kung-fu again ... it's definitely worth it. You can't put a price on feeling good. You cannot put a price on your health.
I have not had pain of any extent for the last 6 month. Personal service is the thing… his technique definitely worked for me. They have been absolutely first class.
